Studio Keer specialises in China market entry and cross-market brand growth. The brands we work with are either entering China, or moving from China into the world. Two directions, one methodology: first-principles thinking, building genuine brand presence across cultural gaps.

What we don't do

我们不提供通用的执行方案。每个品牌的挑战都不同,复制粘贴的策略只会产生平庸的结果。我们也不在乎"行业最佳实践"——大多数最佳实践都是对过去的总结,而不是对当下的回答。

We don't offer off-the-shelf execution. Every brand's challenge is different, and copy-paste strategy only produces mediocre results. We don't care about "industry best practices" either — most best practices are summaries of the past, not answers for the present.
